It's Gonna Be Plus One

IT'S GONNA BE PLUS ONE

BACKSTORY

Some time in mid to late winter, usually in February some time, the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) starts to get concerned that us Canadians are getting pretty much fed up with the long, cold Canadian winter.

So they try to calm us down and give us hope, by giving us favourable weather forecasts indicating that temperatures are soon going to be above freezing which is 0 degrees Celsius in Canada. Their hearts are in the right place…. They mean well…. I’m sure they really do have a professional weather forecaster….

This song speaks to the reality of the well intentioned declaration by the CBC, that In seven days It’s gonna be plus one”…
